For example, our Dottie's Chicken and Dumplings meal is named after my mother, who is known for her amazing Chicken and Dumplings. As I create these meals, I aim to capture that same taste and memory, continuously adjusting the flavors until they meet my expectations.

As a family that has spent over 40 years exploring the outdoors and dehydrating our own meals, we are proud that each item leaving our facility is something we personally enjoy. Our meals have received awards and glowing reviews from reputable sources such as Backpacker Magazine, Outside Online, and CNN.
